However, in the event that no translator is available to take up your project within the deadline stated, we will arrange a refund for you through the same payment mode you've paid us.
You will receive the refund notification within the next 24 hours (during weekdays) once we sent you an email informing you of the refund. Otherwise, the refund will be made on the next working day if that day falls on a weekend/ public holiday.
